Day 52 of the Umbrella Revolution/Movement in Hong Kong. (Tuesday 18 November 2014)
- Protesters in Admiralty have began removing belongings and some barriers before bailiffs moved in to enforce the Citic Tower injunction.
- Protesters have also indicated that the court ordered injunctions will result in the protest location shifting however they will resist the clearance attempts.
- Albert Ho, pro-democratic legislator and Joshua Wong, student leader attempt to seek clarification from bailiffs regarding the exact clearance area specified on the court injunctions.
- Citic staff have stated the the clearance will be around the Lung Wui Road roundabout including the footpaths and roadway.
- There is a large media presence reporting on the removing of barricades outside Citic Tower. Most students have relocated and no incidents were reported.
- Joshua Wong has said that the injunctions cover a limited area and cannot be used for a full clearance of the protest. He also expressed concern on the effects of a clearance in Mongkok where the injunction covers a larger area.
- Police are on standby and have reopened most of Lung Wui Road leading to the Chinese state owned Citic Tower building.
- A man is taken away by police for attacking journalists. Shouting with a mainland Chinese accent can also be heard during the clearance of Tim Mei Avenue outside Citic Tower.
- A legal representative from Citic Tower says that further clearance will depend on traffic conditions in the area.
- The court injunction to clear parts of the Mongkok protest site have been published in newspapers today with reports that enforcement will commence on Wednesday 19 November.
- Rimsky Yuen, Secretary for Justice has reiterated that the government has no intention of using the courts to resolve political issues. He insisted that there was no question that the administration had put the courts "on the spot" by relying on them to issue injunctions against Occupy protestors through civil cases.

- 袁國強, 律政司司長重申,政府無意利用法庭來解決政治問題。他堅持認為沒有,政府已依靠他們發出反對通過民事訴訟案件佔領示威禁令把“當場”的法庭質詢。
